Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most unused items in original condition.

What Can Be Returned

✅ Regular-priced home decor & tableware
✅ Furniture (unassembled, original packaging)
✅ Apparel (with tags attached)

Non-Returnable Items

❌ Made-to-order/custom pieces
❌ Final sale items (marked at checkout)
❌ Used or damaged products


How to Return

  1. Start Your Return
  2. Prepare Your Package
    • Include all original boxes, padding, and tags
    • For furniture: Use original crating materials
  3. Ship It Back
    • U.S. customers: Use prepaid label from portal
    • International: Select tracked courier (customer-paid)

Refund Details

  • Processing Time: 7–10 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Original payment form
  • Deductions:
    • Original shipping fees (unless defective)
    • 15% restocking fee for furniture ($50 minimum)

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Keep All Packaging
  2. Take Photos within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Submit Claim via our Damage Report Form

We’ll cover return shipping and expedite replacements.


Special Cases

  • Gifts: Refunded as store credit to original purchaser
  • Holiday Returns: Extended to January 31 for purchases made November 1–December 31

International Returns

  • Customer responsible for return shipping and customs forms
  • Must include commercial invoice copy
  • Refunds exclude original import duties
